1. Data We Collect

  • Account data: name, email address, and a hashed password (or OAuth identity).
  • Athlete profile: primary event, personal record, gender, age, graduation year, season phase, training goal, equipment, and experience level — all entered by you during onboarding or in your profile.
  • Performance data: meet results, dates, placements, wind readings, and notes you log.
  • Generated content: training plans and AI insights produced by the Service for your account.
  • Technical data: basic device and browser information used for security and error reporting.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data only to operate the Service: generate personalized training plans, compute progression and PRs, deliver AI insights, send account and product emails, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data.

3. AI Processing

Training plans and insights are generated by AI models. Relevant profile and performance fields are sent to our AI provider to produce these results. We do not include unnecessary personal identifiers in those requests.

4. Email

We collect your email to verify your account, send password-reset and security notices, and send a small number of product emails related to your account. You can disable optional product emails at any time by contacting us.

5. Analytics

We use minimal in-app analytics to understand which features athletes use, so we can prioritize improvements during Beta. We do not track you across other websites.

6. Storage & Security

Your data is stored in managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by row-level security policies — only you (and authorized Sprintly admins) can read your profile and performance data.

7. Your Rights

You may view, update, export, or delete your data at any time from your profile, or by emailing us. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, meets, plans, and feedback.

8. Children

Sprintly is intended for athletes aged 13 and above. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have a parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service.
