By creating an account or using Sprintly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Beta Software Notice
Sprintly is currently in public Beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Training plans, AI insights, and analytics are provided on an as-is basis while the platform is actively developed.
3. Training Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Sprintly provides AI-generated training recommendations for informational purposes only. Sprintly is not a coach, trainer, physician, physiotherapist, or medical provider.
You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any training is appropriate for your individual fitness level, health, age, experience, and circumstances. Always consult qualified coaches, trainers, physicians, or healthcare professionals before starting, modifying, or continuing any training program, and regarding any injuries, pain, or medical concerns.
Participation in athletics carries inherent risks, including serious injury. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprintly, its operators, contributors, and partners are not liable for any injury, illness, damage, loss, or expense arising from use of the Service, including reliance on any plan, recommendation, insight, or data displayed within it.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You agree to: provide accurate registration information; keep your credentials secure; use the Service only for your own personal, lawful training and tracking; not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; and not upload content that is illegal, abusive, or infringing.
5. Accounts & Termination
You must verify your email address to activate your account. Sprintly may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or pose a risk to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
6. Intellectual Property
The Sprintly platform, brand, design, and AI prompts are owned by Sprintly. You retain ownership of the personal data, results, and notes you enter. You grant Sprintly a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service to you.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
